UAS offers a wide variety of exhibition programming which feature emerging contemporary art in a number of contexts.
UAS offers two different streams of exhibitions programming, peer-juried and non-juried.
UAS Satellite Gallery and UAS +15 Gallery are used for peer-juried exhibitions featuring emerging and pre-emering artists in a professional context. Each space offers a modest artist fee. More information on the individual spaces and floor plans are available on each gallery's page. If you are interested in submitting for main space or +15 programming, please view the submissions page.
Barewalls programming occurs in in the short span between Satellite main space exhibitions. Barewalls offers artists the opportunity to utilize a professional gallery space for non-juried exhibitions and creative activities. Barewalls is only available to members of UAS. Barewalls books six months to a year in advance, please take that into consideration when putting your proposal together
White Dwarf Gallery is located adjacent to UAS Satellite Gallery. This space can be utilized by artists, curators, collectives, or organizations for cross-programming activities. At this time, UAS does not have designated funds for cross-programming. If you are interested in submitting a proposal on behalf of your organization or collective, please contact Ginger Carlson at email@example.com to discuss your ideas and explore grant or other funding options.
