Volunteer Schedule

New volunteers are welcomed to browse the calendar below for available volunteer positions at UAS. Any positions marked TBA (to be announced) are still open. If you would like to sign up for any TBA positions on the calendar please email Sally at info@uascalgary.org

Current volunteers and studio members can refer to the below calendar to see when they are scheduled to volunteer. UAS will make every effort to confirm with volunteers in a timely manner, but it is your responsibility to contact UAS if you are unable to fulfill a volunteer task that you have previously signed up for.

NOTE:

• Blue events reflect general maintenance and cleaning duties. Many of these duties are not time specific.
• Sweeping/mopping, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom are scheduled monthly, but can be completed at any time.
• Purple events reflect exhibition-based duties, these are all time specific.
• Orange reflects volunteer hours for workshops and outreach. These tasks can be completed in accordance with the schedule of the volunteer.
• If there appears to be a mistake in this calendar email info@UAScalgary.org and indicate where the mistake is located.

Please be aware that this is not a fully complete list of volunteer duties as many tasks must be completed on an "as-needed" basis, if you are looking for alternate volunteer tasks please contact Sally at info@uascalgary.org.
